If you notice water leaking from the gun, lance, nozzle, or hose, the O‑rings inside these accessories may be worn out.
What you can do: You can replace the affected O‑ring using our O‑Ring Kit, or replace the accessory itself.
If water is leaking where your garden hose connects to the Gerni, the water inlet connector may be cracked or worn.
What you can do: Try replacing it with a standard plastic tap adaptor, or you can order the original Gerni water inlet.

If the pressure seems lower than usual but you don’t see any external leaks, the cause is often a blocked nozzle or a dirty inlet filter.
What you can do: Remove and clean the nozzle to clear any debris. Also check and rinse the water inlet filter. If needed, the nozzle or filter can be replaced.
