Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: Einhell Australia Pty Ltd T/A Gerni, located at 25 Fox Drive, Dandenong South, Vic, 3175.

2. Competition/Giveaway Name: Gerni High Pressure Point Competition

3. Entry Period: The competition/giveaway begins on 5 April 2025 at 5:00pm AEST and ends on 14 July 2025 at 5:00pm AEST. The winner will be notified by email by 5:00pm AEST on 21 July 2025.

4. Eligibility:

Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.

Employees of Einhell Australia Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible.

Instagram entrants must be 13+ years of age and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

5. How to Enter:

To enter, entrants must be following Gerni on Instagram at the handle @gerni.anz, and they must have filled out the form to provide Gerni with their name and email address.

Entries must be received by the closing date and time to be considered valid.

Multiple entries are not allowed.

6. Prize:

The prize is a Gerni 7300 High Pressure Washer.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

The value of the prize is accurate as at the time of these terms and conditions being prepared.

7. Selection of Winner:

The winner will be selected randomly by a random draw.

The winner will be notified by email.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, a new winner may be drawn.

8. General:

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition/giveaway at any time, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

By entering, entrants confirm that they are 13+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
