How it works

To qualify for your warranty extension you will need to complete the registration form provided on our website within the initial 90 days after purchase date on your Bunnings receipt. If all information required is not provided within this period this may void your warranty extension.

Once you have submitted your Gerni warranty registration form, please be aware with HIGH numbers of registrations we are currently receiving, your certificate can take up to 2 hours to be received via email.

Please be sure to check your JUNK/SPAM folders as your certificate can be sent to one of these folders.

As Gerni’s are now sold EXCLUSIVELY through Bunnings Warehouse stores, please be sure when uploading your proof of purchase that this is a Bunnings receipt, any unauthorised Gerni retailer receipt will not be accepted & will void your warranty.

Step by Step Guide

1. Fill Out the Registration Form: Provide your product details, purchase information, and contact details below.
2. Upload Your Proof of Purchase: Attach a receipt or invoice so we can verify the warranty period.
3. Upload the Rating Plate: Attach a clear photo of the rating plate located on the back of your Gerni (see example to the right).
4. Submit Your Registration: Once submitted, we’ll store your details securely in our system.
5. You’re All Set: You’ll receive a confirmation email, and your product is officially registered.
